Delivery is free of charge to anywhere on the UK mainland. We can delivery further afield but please contact our sales team before purchasing to get a price for delivery to your area.
Your order will be dispatched once we have receiving cleared payment for your purchase. Orders are usually received by our customers within 5 to 10 working days dependant of where you live in the U.K, however please allow upto 28 days in the rare event that your rug may be out of stock. If your selection is out of stock we will contact you before accepting your order. You will receive an automated order status update from our system once we have sent your order for dispatch.
If you are local to our warehouse in Preston we will deliver your rug using our own transport and will call or email you to organise a convenient delivery time.
If you not local to our warehouse your rug will be delivered by a national courier firms, We currently deliver via UPS however this is usually dependent on the size and weight of your order. You will receive an automated order status update from our system once we have sent your order for dispatch. All our deliveries are tracked and insured. Tracking information will be provided via email when your order leaves our warehouse.
Our couriers will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your rug and will leave a card on each attempt. If no one is available on the third attempt your rug will be returned to our warehouse. You will then be required to pay to a redelivery fee of which the cost will be dependant on the size and weight of the rug you have purchased, this can be arranged my calling our sales team. Orders returned by our couriers due to non delivery or refused delivery will be refunded once they have arrived back at our warehouse however a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the original cost.
